iLEAP specializes in getting people to a point of peak performance, to discovering their life’s purpose, to reaching and maintaining full confidence in work, personal life and romance, as well as helping people to eliminate stress and fear, which can totally paralyze you from moving forward.

Our amazing team spans from the mountains of Boulder, Colorado and Santa Fe, New Mexico to the beaches of Los Angeles, San Francisco and San Jose to the other side of the country in New York and across the seas to Germany and Sydney, Australia.

Brief History of the Business

In 2009, Erin discovered a passion for inspirational content and pursued formal training in several different coaching and facilitation programs to prepare and educate herself for the vision she had for a iLEAP. In 2012, Erin fine tuned the vision of iLEAP, an acronym for “Inspiring Leadership, Empowerment, Authenticity and Passion”
