WHAT ARE FIREFLY WORKSHOPS?
Firefly Workshops are one or multi-session workshops that are meant to enlighten, inspire, motivate, spark, turn on, turn up, ignite the LIGHT within us.

WHAT IS “THE LIGHT?”
The LIGHT refers to our divine nature: our talents, what drives us, what our soul seeks to become, the TRUTH about who we are as humans.

This 3 hour workshop will be a fun, interactive experience of goal finding and setting, bad habit breaking, discovering your life’s purpose, and eliminating personal stress and fear. You will learn tools for living in a place of peak performance and how to maintain full confidence in work, personal life and romance.
